Pore/Framework Structure:The topological structure of ZSM-5 zeolite is MFI type, with a two-dimensional pore system formed by the intersection of ten membered ring straight channels and ten membered ring sinusoidal channels. Our company provides products with grain sizes ranging from 80nm to 20μm. SiO2/Al2O3 is a ZSM-5 zeolite with 18~∞ different morphologies (spherical, plate-like, and agglomerated); In addition, it also includes ZSM-5 nanosheets. We provide ultra-thin ZSM-5 nanosheets with controllable b-axis thickness and aspect ratio, which can be produced according to customer requirements. The length of the nanosheets along the c-axis can be controlled from 1500nm to 360nm, while the length along the a-axis can be reduced from 580nm to 125nm, and the length along the b-axis can be reduced from 90nm to 25nm.
Applications: Nano ZSM-5 particles and ZSM-5 nanosheets can be widely used in various industrial processes, such as methanol conversion, toluene disproportionation, xylene isomerization, and catalytic cracking. Due to its larger surface area and shorter pore length, ZSM-5 nanosheets and nanoparticles can exhibit better catalytic performance, such as higher raw material conversion rate, better lifespan, and anti carbon deposition performance. It is expected that ZSM-5 nanosheets can be widely used for catalytic reactions that are more sensitive to diffusion restrictions.
