It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, serpentine tube heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, transmission pipelines, etc. Many nuclear power industries use ASTMB338 titanium tubes as standard tubes for their units.

Titanium pipe welding technology data: Titanium pipe welding is a TiG welding process that uses natural gas to effectively protect the welding area. Due to the special physical and chemical properties of titanium material, its welding process is quite different from other metals. 

(1) The metal in the welding zone is not polluted by active gas N, 0, H and harmful impurity elements C, Fe, and Mn above 250℃. 

(2) Coarse-grained structure cannot be formed. 

(3) Can not produce large welding residual stress and residual deformation. Therefore, the welding process must be in accordance with the predetermined construction sequence, strictly according to the process quality management standards, and the implementation of the whole process of quality control. The factors of human, machine, material, and method are in a good state of control, so as to ensure the welding quality of titanium tube within a reasonable period of time.
